Leads Indonesia was founded in 2019 by Maliki Febriantono Saputra, driven by his deep concern over the challenges in education and the leadership crisis. Witnessing the gaps in opportunities for children, Maliki envisioned a world where every child had access to quality education, regardless of their background.
This vision led to the birth of the #semuabisabelajar movement, a powerful call to ensure that all children can learn and grow. Through his passion and dedication, Maliki established the Leads Indonesia Foundation, with a mission to create a brighter future through education and leadership.

Our History
Born as a student collective
Leads emerged from a student collective concerned with education and leadership. Initiated by Maliki through the BAKTINUSA scholarship, it later evolved into a community service project in Giliraja Island, focusing on education and mangrove conservation.
Yayasan Leads Indonesia Bisa
We are registered as a Non-Profit Organization (Yayasan)Â under the name of "Yayasan Leads Indonesia Bisa"Â to the Ministry of Law and Human Right, Republic of Indonesia since 2021. Non-Profit Organization Number : AHU-0440.AH.02.01 Year 2021
Leads Scholarship for Indonesia
Leads Indonesia launched the Leads Scholarship, providing 60 million IDR in funding for 10 outstanding students across Indonesia. The program attracted 6,000 applicants nationwide.
International Youth Leaders Summits in Turkey
We launched our first international program, the International Youth Leaders Summit (IYLS) Turkey, in collaboration with local youth organizations AKDAV and TUGVA. The program featured Leadership Discussions and Social Experiments, and we successfully brought 25 top delegates from across Indonesia to learn about leadership and education in Turkey.

Leadership, Education and development schoolarship (LEADS) is a foundation that focuses on all instrument regarding development and empowerement of youth to build up critical minds and are able to give a solutive solusion to solve global problems.
