Leads Indonesia is a youth foundation founded in 2019. Every foundation programme belongs to one of three arms, and we run CSR programmes with corporate partners under the same foundation.

Case study: Sukajadi village, Bogor
One village’s kitchen waste, now feed and fertiliser.
Over about twelve weeks, with the Kampung Ramah Lingkungan community and the Sukajadi village tourism group, we did three things, then handed the work over.
- Built a Black Soldier Fly maggot installation that breaks household organic waste down into animal feed and frass fertiliser.
- Formed an independent management group from the villagers themselves.
- Strengthened their farming and business capacity, so it runs without us.
