About this programme
Leads Academy is the non-formal education programme run by Leads Indonesia to raise the capacity and capability of young people. Built on a leadership and self-empowerment curriculum, it sharpens critical, constructive, creative and solution-oriented thinking — through webinars, bootcamps, discussions, Instagram Live, leadership and public-speaking training, scholarship programmes, and the SkillBloom skills classes.
What we do
SkillBloom Class
Leads Academy’s pilot project: free non-academic classes for high-school students and first-year undergraduates over one intensive month. Focused on Academic English, Presentation Skill and Critical Thinking — run with Sayap Dewantara (Sadewa) in support of SDG 4.
Pelatihan Kepemimpinan & Public Speaking
Structured training that builds the skills to lead, communicate and speak in public.
Bootcamp & Webinar
Intensive classes with subject-matter experts, run online and in person.
Capacity Building
Twice-weekly discussions for the Leads Indonesia team with expert speakers.
Pembekalan Fasilitator
Training for facilitators and volunteers before they step into a classroom, so the people teaching level up too.
